France starts removing Roma camps

undefined

August 6th,

France has begun dismantling illegal Roma (Gypsy) camps following a presidential order for 300 such camps to be removed.
On Friday police were emptying a camp in the city of Saint-Etienne that had been home to at least 100 Roma.
The Romanian Roma had been there in makeshift shelters and tents since May.
It was the first move since President Nicolas Sarkozy ordered 300 illegal camps of travellers and Roma to be dismantled, AFP news agency reported.

The order was a response to recent violence in which travellers attacked police in the Loire Valley town of Saint-Aignon.
Critics, including human rights groups, have accused the government of singling out an ethnic minority in a bid to win support among right-wing voters.
The area where the Saint-Etienne camp was situated had been cordoned off by police, who began the operation shortly after dawn on Friday, local media reports said.
Citizenship threat
There are hundreds of thousands of Roma or travelling people living in France who are part of long-established communities.
The other main Roma population is made up of recent immigrants, many from Romania and Bulgaria. They have the right to enter France without a visa but must have work or residency permits to settle over the long-term.
The riot in Saint-Aignon erupted after a gendarme shot and killed a traveller who had driven through a checkpoint, officials said.
The government then said about half the country’s illegal camps would be dismantled.
It described the camps as “sources of illegal trafficking, of profoundly shocking living standards, of exploitation of children for begging, of prostitution and crime”.
Mr Sarkozy has also said that anyone of foreign origin who threatened the life of a police officer should be stripped of their French citizenship.
He has ordered the immediate expulsion of Bulgarian and Romanian Roma who have committed public order offences.

Thieves steal expensive watches, throw expensive watches at cops -- London, England

Thursday, August 5, 2010

Thieves with sledgehammers broke into a jewellers in a south-west London shopping centre and then pelted police with some of the watches they had stolen as they tried to escape.

Items valued at £500,000 were taken from Fraser Hart Jewellers at the Bentall Centre in Kingston upon Thames.

One of the shop's windows was smashed and a security guard was threatened in the raid, at 0030 BST on Wednesday.

Four men have been arrested in connection with the raid.

The suspects escaped on three mopeds and two men are still being sought.
Series of raids

Two men were arrested in Sandy Lane in Sutton, south-west London, after one moped crashed.

A tip-off led to two others being held in Cecil Road, Wimbledon, south-west London, a few hours later.

The four men are aged 21, 23, 26 and 32.

A police helicopter was involved in the search and a large number of the luxury watches have now been found, police said.

The Met believes the men may be linked to a larger criminal gang responsible for several similar raids across London in recent months.

Goods valued at more than £4m have been taken from branches of Watches of Switzerland, Cartier, Dolce and Gabbana, De Beers and Tiffany and Co.

Province not sure if damage will delay opening of Moncton courthouse

Vandals did more than $10,000 worth of damage to the new Moncton courthouse and construction
equipment at that site last weekend.

New courthouse receives damage -- Moncton, Canada

Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating major vandalism done inside the new Moncton justice centre which is presently under construction. Over $10,000 in damage was done over several floors of the courthouse.
The building has been under construction for some time and is scheduled to be finished in the next few months. Police were called on Tuesday after a construction crew arrived at the scene and discovered the premises had been broken into and vandalized.
Police believe the damage was done sometime between early Saturday morning and Monday afternoon. A window was broken and graffiti was painted on the inside and outside walls of the building.
Also, cabinets and containers of paint were dragged out of the building and thrown off the roof. Many landed on heavy equipment machinery causing extensive damage.
Several floors of the courthouse were damaged in the vandalism spree.
"They just really made a big mess," says Codiac RCMP Const. Chantal Farrah. "They went in there to destroy."
RCMP Forensic Identification experts were called to the scene and seized several items which will be examined.
Department of Justice spokeswoman Erica Parker says it's not known yet if the damage will cause any delays in the project.
"$10,000 is quite a bit of damage, but a lot of the damage is aesthetic, not structural," she says.

Greek Suicide Rate Has Nearly Tripled Since '09

The lorry drivers’ strike in Greece ended a few days ago. The tragic news was published in a local newspaper of the city of Volos (original article in Greek here) on July 23d, a few days before the strike. According to the article the 67-year old, who had been working as a truck driver for four decades, had tried to sell his truck recently without luck. Early on the morning of July 22nd he hanged himself off a bridge crossing over a motorway, where he was later found by passers-by.

We've focused on the strikes and riots that threaten to derail Greek austerity. But what about the Greeks who aren't fighting back, and instead have given up?The suicide rate in Greece has surged, approaching triple last year's rate, according to non-profit suicide helpline organization Klimaka. They think the rise is based on the financial crisis.
Kathimerini:
Klimaka, which operates the 1018 telephone helpline, said it was receiving around 25 calls a day, compared to an average of 10 per day last year. Asked whether the spike in suicides was linked to the financial crisis, Violatzis said he believed it was a contributing factor. “Suicide is a multifaceted phenomenon – we cannot link it exclusively to the crisis,” he said, noting however that the environment influences our actions. As for the profile of most victims, Klimaka said they are chiefly “productive people with responsibilities, financial obligations, families, loans.” According to Violatzis, many of the victims are “men who are no longer earning enough money to provide for their families and feel they no longer have a role to play – people who are going through an identity crisis.” There are also many who take their lives due to deep-seated psychological problems or depression, he added.

Anarchist houseproject in flensburg (ger) raided by police

On Wednesday July 28th, , 5 Police Officers of K5 (criminal investigation department – political Police) accomplished a house search at 'black mosquito – anarchist mailorder' in “Senffabrik” (house project) in order to find stickers which allegedly “call for incendiarism”. The degree of penalty for this is at least 1 year jail sentence. The sticker shows a stylized police car with a stylized flame and the headline: “burn a car!” - police found 18 copys.
Into the bargain, 2 hours later a court case took place against the same person which is indicted to distribute these stickers.
The trial was about a house-party 1,5 years ago, where 5 people have been arrested and bashed by the police – they where indicted for “resistance against authority” and “insult”.
The hearing was dropped for a payment of 360 € each.
The house search was not just a heavy affront against one of the accused – it was also a further provocation against the project “Senffabrik”, and in addition a starkly attack against the anarchist mailorder “black mosquito”.
We call on every insurrectionists to react adequately to these attacks!
We won't let us getting down from this big fuck-up!

Casus Belli: Electricity Union theatens long-term blackout in Greece

The Electricity Company union has responded to government pledges to the IMF to sell 40% of power plants by threatening a long-term black-out across the country.
The news came just after the departure of the so-called "troika" reps, the delegates of the IMF-EU-European Bank who had just finished their second round of inspection over the ailing greek economy. According to the government the troika demanded the privatisation of all state companies, with the Socialist Party (PASOK) negotiating instead the sell out of 40% of National Electricity Company (DEH) power plants and mines. Despite the mid-summer PR, reactions to the new surrender of public resources to private sharks have been immediate and angry, with DEH workers calling the selling-out of power plants and mines a casus belli.
The DEH union (GENOP) is the strongest in the country, numbering 23,000 workers and has been traditionally a PASOK bastion. Falling out with DEH workers could thus mark a real rupture at the very base of the Socialist Party, threatening a storm in terms of both its legitimacy and its electoral prospects. The president of the DEH union has today given the signal of mass mobilisation against the austerity measures by means of a letter addressed to PASOK MPs:
"Comrade MPs, when 32 years ago I joined PASOK in order to change the world I listened in our youth festivals a very nice protest song by Thomas Bakalakos on the peasantry; it said "poor peasants, the mediators will exploit you...". I hope, comrade MPs, 32 years later that you will not make it sound true in the milieu of energy by allowing every opportunist scum to make a fortune on the backs of the greek people. The workers in DEH shall sell no factory neither cheap energy to the opportunist scums. Our words are clear. There is a limit to everything. Our struggle is not for ourselves but for the consumer, and for that we will take things to extremes. We will bleed. And what I say expressed the totality of the workers and above all our comrades".
On his part the union rep has stressed that "we have the power to pull the plug off from all DEH units immediately", clarifying that "we will plunge the country in darkness", while making clear that "we will go on long-term strike until the last unionist is behind bars". GENOP's central announcement today read in capitalised letter: "we are not scared of prison".
Scared of a prospect of another labour-related stalemate the government has been trying to water down its privatisation statements, hoping to avoid a black-out crisis during the hottest month of the year and during the peak of the tourist season, when the image of the country abroad has been already damaged by the truck-drivers fuel related strike last week.

EDO, in Home Farm Road, Brighton, was attacked last night U..K.

EDO Attacked 2/8..

In the early hours of this morning EDO was attacked by anti-militarists hurling paint bombs and trashing the company's new CCTV camera.

The attack comes at a time when the US led coalition is waging a pointless war in Afghanistan. Thousands of Afghan civilians were killed in 2009 by the NATO offensive. EDO, and other companies like them, are supplying weapons to perpetuate this assault - its time to renew our attack on the war machine.

No Justice, No Peace

The ‘Sect of Revolutionaries’ claims responsibility for the execution of Socratis Giolias. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 a man called the Greek newspaper ‘Ta Nea’ and told the journalist where the communique had been left. The full text is published in that newspaper. Here is our translation.

Announcement no 4.

The Sect of Revolutionaries arms itself again. In today's world the most violent thing is to remain passive. All our lives are overwhelmed by violence. And when it’s not the violence of the cops, the detention centres, the prisons, then things are even more treacherous. We are talking about violence without blood. The violence of the image, advertising, the consumerist high, the psychological dead end and loneliness. We live in squalid cities, eat plastic food, we inform ourselves with prefabricated news, buy brand products, we work in disgusting jobs, admire phony standards, we create small private cells inside our homes with cheerful furniture.
We are tired of this empty life. We said enough is enough ... no more lost days ... no more humiliation at work ... no more borrowed prayers for goodnight ...

So a year and a half ago we formed the Sect of Revolutionaries, which became the vehicle for our escape from the fucking calm of the world-prison we live in. Two or three guns to start with, some books and some delinquent knowledge from experiences of the past, combined with several "kilos" of determination and the confidence of a conscience that said: either human or pig, either fighter or enslaved, either revolution or compromise with resignation.

And so we began.

When you live in an unending struggle it makes you sharpen your skills and your thoughts, while at the same time you get the pleasure of having opposed the fate that was reserved for you.

But we wanted something more ...

We wanted make the leap to storming the heavens. After our third hit, we put to ourselves the question of stepping up our action, which entailed a number of necessary requirements. So we went into creative obscurity in order to re-emerge more capable, more effective, more dangerous. During this time many of us trained in weapons, learned new techniques, read, informed ourselves of struggle situations unknown until now, we exchanged experiences and viewpoints with other fighters and refuelled in the logistics sector.
At the same time the rest of our fighters did not remain inactive. They created a network of essential information, collected evidence,
took care of our conscious inactivity and offered their services to the cause of the Revolution and the dignity of themselves.
So from now on we want to be terribly consistent in what we say and to pass on a message to all the main faces of society and their
gorillas. "The Revolutionary Sect will not leave one millimetre of safe ground in your life.

Our guns are full and ready to "speak" ... If the arguments make sweat flow, the evidence will make blood shed ...».

We are not merely talking about armed propaganda, but are putting it into practice. Our recent attack did not rely on propagandistic reasons, but the decision to terminate the miserable career of this guy.
Armed struggle does not apologize and does not invoke the hypocrisy of humanitarianism and the ideal of human life.
The revolution is war to build an autonomous existential code away from the hypocrisy of modern-day life.
Human life is a variable, a commodity in the world of entertainment that is sometimes torn to pieces by being exiled into the dungeons of prisons, in lonely dead-ends, in substance dependencies, and is sometimes defended as the "ideal" that was lost by the guns of terrorists.

But it is not just important that you live but also how you live. The real value is in the choices made by each individual in their life.
That’s where we are all judged. Socrates Giolias made his choices and we made ours. He chose to live like a rodent in the kingdom of mud of his kind and we as wolves outside the herd.

Let's see who the "unaware" and "unguarded" Socrates Giolias really was.
From early on deeply involved in the tricks of the journalistic plague, he served for several years under the master of supposedly independent "revelatory" journalism Makis Triantafyllopoulos as a friend, collaborator and editor of his shows.
At the same time he was a "member" of the new school of Greek championism. A championism that had specialized in the illegal trade of dopaine (Best friend of Christos Tzekos that knows a lot about “powders” [*1] ) in doped records (best man with athlete Kostas Kenteris, offering media coverage in the famous "accident" he had with the other sport-junkie Katerina Thanou [*2]) and of course the dealing of official positions - recuperating the whole known championship clique either into the security forces, or the
political arena (buddies with the athlete-MP Kostas Koukodimos, the failed candidate Voula Patoulidou and others [*3]). Of course anyone can imagine the scams of all of those with a valuable partner like Socrates Giolias in the company called SEGAS that the above were all distinguished personalities of. Especially when the air was full of the "national vision" of the 2004 Olympic Games, a feast was set up in the Athletics Federation with "golden" sponsorships and government grants and secret financial deals under the table with contractors and construction companies.

But the "unaware" Socrates Giolias was a pluralist. He was a known religious bigot in some circles and was a permanent visitor-member of another well-known company. He was a trusted associate of the Othonic state clergy, while at the same time the man of the cloth, the weasel Ephraim, was his spiritual advisor. This is why when the known scandal about the slimy priests in Vatopedi broke out,[*4] Giolias always stood in front as a shield to support their little shop.
The guy was literally with the cross in his hand.

Beyond all that, the main reason for our visit to his home was his dominant position in the electronic form of new journalism.
With the rapid spread of internet and an ever-increasing preference of young people in particular to inform themselves from it, it was
not long before its exploitation by the known lowlife journalists began. Apart from the official news sites that are usually already known electronic newspapers, the first informative blogs were created. The immediacy of the information they offered was the key feature that turned them into popular websites. This greater freedom of expression has been used by people living under totalitarian regimes as an attempt to heist the censorship imposed by the government.
In contrast to these people, the same anonymity was exploited by systematic journalists such as Giolias, Papagiannis etc. as a means
of extortion and slandering to support the specific business interests that finance them.

Our action has nothing to do with our opposition to the anonymity of blogs since on the contrary we propose it and we consider it necessary as a shield to protect enemies of the regime and as a healthy condition of genuinely alternative, self-organised means of information. The only sure thing is that Giolias was not among the enemies of the regime, but was the boss behind the anonymous blog “troktiko”(rodent) exercising his propaganda for the system.

Giolias, former associate of the "fighter" Makis Triantafylopoulos and worthy partner of the Kostopoulos–Anastasiadis “school” of journalism [known journalistic figures](removing guilt from the modern lifestyle motivated by economic success and modern Greek Macho-ness) had what was needed. On one side the journalism of "social sensitivity", "revelations" and "complaints” and on the other a macho service, a cocktail of audacity, lifestyle with an opinion, modern neo-conservatism, a hidden (or obvious) fascism, supposedly satire, not just against authority, but especially against those who have no voice to reply to the mud he threw at them.

The most hideous insults and slanderous lies about urban guerilla warfare entered the first line of the “troktiko” blog publications.
Even his brother Pericles, as director of “Prince Oliver”, responded defiantly, ironically paraphrasing the slogans of the uprising in
December as an act of arson that targeted his company.
The same boss of “troktiko” had set himself as judge and awarded penalties to those arrested, through his blog.
After the divorce from his mentor Makis Triantafyllopoulos, Giolias now independent and in the most powerful position in the
journalistic blogo-sphere becomes special adviser to Dimitris Kontominas, who is included in the financial mafia of Greece, known by his involvement in the “interamerican” [*5] scandal. He also recently worked as general manager of radio station THEMA that belongs to the big-bellied scum Themos Anastasiadis. The list of dirty stories of this journalism clan and the internal battles of the “big” journalists and publishers, exemplified by the trio Anastasiadis-Giolias-Kontominas and the brotherhood Hadjinikolaou-Triantafyllopoulos-Kouris, could fill several pages.

The journalistic world is a bucket full of shit and with our action we just simply made it a bit lighter.

Of course the boss of “troktiko” as a professional snitch knew the consequences and the "accidents" that could befall him. Socrates
Giolias was so “unaware” that he made sure of confirming himself as a target. Especially after the bomb in Patissia and the death of
an Afghan boy,[In march 2010 a young Afghan boy walking home with his mother and sister, was looking in the garbage for food in a known immigrant area and
found a suitcase with a clock inside it and took it for his father. A few metres down the road the suitcase exploded killing the boy and seriously
injuring his sister. The police and media of course blamed the radical left wing and mostly the Conspiracy Cells of Fire/Nihilist faction group, who
had recently claimed responsibility for a series of bomb attacks. The group released an announcement describing in detail why it was not them,
mentioning that this bomb was not made in the same way, how there was always two clocks in their bombs and that they always call and give a
specific amount of time and specific streets to evacuate so no one gets injured]  he himself, and the bastards he had for colleagues used the camouflage of supposedly anonymous reader comments
on “troktiko” to openly threaten anyone opposed to the sewer of lies that they systematically unleashed. Specifically after publishing
exclusive photos of the slain child, a privilege thanks to the loyal cooperation of Giolias with the “anti-terrorists”, a 'reader' of
“troktiko” wrote in concerning the rage that was gathering against the face of the "unaware” - so, what should Giolias and every
Giolias do. Carry a gun and shoot at anyone moving suspiciously to protect his life? -

But let's not exaggerate.

Giolias did not need to shoot to protect himself. It would be taken care of by the two police security escorts that had been allocated to
him and used alternately until the pig's death on Katehaki Street. (meaning the death of the military man by the letter bomb sent to
the offices of the minister of citizens protection.)

Specifically, the "unguarded" Giolias, the journalist who denounced the protection of public figures saying that the police should be combative in the street and not escorting potential targets like 'Filipino sevants', had his own armed gorillas.

Fucking wankers of the “anti-terrorist” let's see if you can dispute the following evidence ...

From Monday to Friday the boss of “troktiko” used for his daily transport a Smart car with numberplate IHP 5121 (which was changed in recent weeks for another Smart with plate numbers IMP 3142), always accompanied by motorbike secret police.
More specifically Giolias set off daily from his home in Daedalus Street 21 between 12.10-12.25 always to arrive late for his radio
show. 20 minutes before that, a bike approached his house and parked in the hidden corner of Nymphs and Daedalus Street with a security escort, who followed the Smart at a 5 to 10 metre distance when it set off. Giolias had two servants-gorillas who usually alternated every other week. The first guy was young (25-30 years old) with a fitness look, usually gazing into space while playing with his cell phone camera and silver-black TDM bike, while the second was more experienced, a grey-haired 40 year-old, his favorite habit was to read his newspaper on his bike and to walk around like he had watermelons under his armpits, whilst he also used the same type of off road Transalp motorbike, plate number XXK 389. We stress that Giolias, to avoid being stigmatized in the neighbourhood by the fact that he had escorts, obliged them to park in the hidden corner so they were not seen, not to seem inconsistent with what he wrote.

Things changed when the fool died in Katehaki Street. Obviously the new instructions and powers given to security escorts to
regulate their position and the route of the proposed target, enabled the gorillas to change position.
So for the last period of time the first bike arrived and parked just opposite the apartment building of “troktiko”, checking out
everyone that passed by, while a few minutes before Giolias set off the second bike arrived. Giolias took a few minutes to wish them
good morning and then they all started together like nice "companions." Usually the first was the TDM checking the route at a distance of 5 to 10 metres, in the middle was Giolias with the Smart and last was the 40-year-old with the Transalp.

Our original thought was to hit them all together. Using a heavy vehicle we would ram the first bike by running over the gorilla and
another firepower force would "mow" down the other two. More targets, more efficiency. We knew their exact route and Ethnarchou
Makariou Street which they took after Daedalus Street with the flowerbeds was convenient for the "crash" and cornering them. Soon however, we rejected this scenario because this particular road, which was ideal for such a trap, has a moderate to dense flow of vehicles, passers by and two traffic flows, so there was a danger to other people and we never pursued it. Because the fact that we are sharply critical of social decadence is one thing, the process of targeting is another. Our targets are always clear and our gun's target specific, heads, this is why we would not risk hitting the wrong man. So we'd rather go to his home than let something happen in a gunfight in the street and hit someone irrelevant. What exactly was said through the intercom to ensure not only that he would come down, but would come alone without being accompanied by his wife, is something that does not need not be made public for several reasons. But here, we would like to add that the famous tv persona Yiannis Marakakis, lawyer of Giolias, who goes on the tv-“windows” [a regular feature on Greek tv, the screen is divided into multiple 'windows' allowing vociferous remote discussions among 'experts' on 'topical subjects'] to book a job, should not bust our balls about the Sect 'as a front for a contract killing', because we will carve his face up, as our bullets are worth more than such idiots. Returning, we would like to note that we also
rejected the possibility of breaking into his block of flats and executing Giolias in his apartment. Our main concern was for not the slightest thing to go wrong with his wife and of course the young child.
Everyone gets the end they deserve and these people have done nothing to us. Furthermore, the practice of political execution is very clear and specific. There will never be any danger from our attacks for any family members or family environment of a target that does not have any involvement in their dirty options and interests, even if this obliges us to cancel our plans. An urban guerrilla is not a cold murderer. When he chooses to shoot, he does not hit the face itself, but the choices of the specific person, the position he holds, the decisions he has taken, the interests he serves.
It's not a personal thing. The armed fighter fights the operators of the system who no longer have their own separate face, but a
particular job they are defending. The armed fighter does not shoot people, he shoots against the system itself.

Giolias was one of the many names of big time journalists we collected information about their homes, their vehicles, their security, their favorite hangouts, restaurants, even where they play tennis (you get the hint Hadji-wanker[meaning nikos hadjinikolaou, a known news presenter and journalist] from Alter channel ?).

All those judges who have microphones and make speeches in front of tv cameras, judging and sentencing, will know what it means for fear to pass over into their own side. At this point we would also like to advise all witnesses that the answer to any question, should be one alone: “I don't know, I didn't see, I didn't hear ... " - whatever else will be seen as cooperation with the police and this is not acceptable.

Finally we would like to recall that in our third announcement we wrote that “The supreme planning and duty of an urban guerrilla is
to disrupt the interior of his country, hurt the national economy, damage the public external image ...».

Greece for months now is in the eye of the cyclone by turning to the IMF and the financial deficit. One of the most lucrative sources of
money inflow is the summer tourism season. The execution of the journalist in conjunction with the guerrilla actions of the last year
we believe creates a negative image abroad for the safety of Greek territory and hits the national tourism industry. Tourists need to
know that Greece is no longer safe ground behind the lines of capitalism. We seek to become a war zone with revolutionary
processes with arsons, sabotage, militant marches, bombings, armed executions, not a vacation destination. We are at war with your
democracy. As for the financial crisis and the whining of society about the bleak future, we do not give a damn. We don't care about a world that protests the new unbearable economic measures without first having rebelled against the cheapness of the meaning of life inside the system; it deserves its fate.

We did not borrow anything from your world to feel that we are losing or owe something.

If what is at stake in the consciousness of people now is the loss of a fixed salary and a secure pension, that shows that this world
has already died. Because first it lost its hopes, its dignity, its selfishness, its dreams, its conscience, its feelings, and then no one
really cared. But when its borrowed prayers for the miserable delusion of property are threatened and it rebels, then its days are
numbered. Because they have been weighed up and found meaningless.

We in the Sect of Revolutionaries believe that only through the complete destruction of the state and the current structures will a new perspective of life be able to dawn. A life of new human relationships, without authority, without borders, without religion without divisions. A life that money does not govern neither will property rule. A life away from false idols, compulsions and conventions.

We are promoting a new civilization with values such as equality, dignity, honour, mutual respect, solidarity, liberation. Man can and
must create a new way of life and expression. Harmonize with the natural environment, overflow with emotions, abandon himself to
pleasures, be the creator of his own world ... Human communication must be liberated from phone lines and flat screens, human
gestures should regain their warmth and be relieved from formalities and repeatability, life should become an adventurous wandering
and free itself from the bureaucratic version. Of course all this sounds utopian, if you invest all your action on a future vision and
ignore the present.

The answer is given by the mirror itself...

So, don't ask how things will change. Be yourself the answer to your question. We recommend the total annihilation and destruction
of authority relations and dominant civilization. Only through the rubble and ruins of modern urban centres will a new way of life
flourish. The rebel groups are but a small prefiguration of such a future. But as we said in a previous text, even if this future does not
come, we will have tasted it, living our own unorthodox way in today. And this adventure, the journey towards liberation is worth
every moment ...

Hence our proposal is now clear. To the people who want to actively refuse the tyranny of the system, go from words to action.

Comrades, organize, create groups, collectivise your wishes, arm yourselves, read, communicate, deny roles and leaderships,
abolish slavery and go into the strategy of armed struggle.

Today's urban guerillas must overcome the legacy of the socialist proletariat and proclaim as a revolutionary subject they
themselves, their comrades and all those who actively deny the coup of power in our lives, giving a substantial advantage to life and
not economic analysis. In procedures that promote armed struggle we win moments of liberated time, as only those allow the
recovery of lost dignity and pave the way for inner freedom.

Thus anyone can rewrite his individual identity in social life and become an armed warrior of the revolution.

"Enough is enough. Winter fills us with sadness, we spring pollutes us and summer suffocates us. For a long time now our nostrils
are choking on the stench from the offices, reactors, factories and highways. Our muzzles no longer taste good, it is like a sausage
wrapped in plastic cable. The beer we drink is stale, like bourgeois morality.
We do not want to do the same job and wear the same expression throughout our lives. They have given us enough orders, they have
controlled our thoughts, ideas, home and our passports enough, they have smashed our faces enough. We will not let them mold us,
oppress us, crush us. - WE WILL SMASH THEIR FACES -

...until the beach of tun nichts (I do nothing ...)
(call of German autonomists)

Y.G.1. Because we know that an angry pig stinks more than usual, we would like to say a few words to the wankers of the DIAS group.
[the D.I.A.S. (just like Delta) is a newly formed police force in greece of motorcycle cops that drive around in large groups, put together mainly by
macho cops that were too rough for the regular police.]
"You little pricks because you pretend to be macho, at some point we will open new buttonholes in one of your suits. And bear in
mind, we have a little "problem" ... We are terribly consistent in what we say ...».
Indeed, indicative of our intention is where we chose to leave our announcement, at a distance of 30 metres straight shot from the
guard post and the front of Nikaia police station.

P.S.2 To all prison officials, directors, prosecutors, prison officers and social workers we warn you that if you do not immediately
change your attitude towards suffering tortured imprisoned people you will join the priority list to become an example to the others.
Especially for some of you, we even know what time you take your pills. Cut the shit you're doing with ban on leave days and cutting
visiting rights to prisoners, respect and do not violate their rights because otherwise at an unsuspected moment you will receive a
visit from fighters of the Sect of Revolutionaries with a final transfer to the other world.

Greek sprinters Konstantinos Kenteris and Ekaterini Thanou were billed as the great hopes of the Athens Olympics after their
respective gold and silver medals in Sydney four years earlier.
But on the eve of the 2004 Olympics the duo became embroiled in the one of the biggest scandals to date after missing drugs tests.
Dumb-founded upon hearing the news in the media, Kenteris and Thanou staged a motorcycle accident to provide the authorities
with an excuse for missing the test. On August 18, the sixth day of the Games, the pair withdrew from the Olympics, claiming they
were acting in ‘the interests of their country.'
That was their third violation of the summer and they were subsequently suspended by the IAAF in December 2004.
In June the following year however, the Greek Athletics Federation cleared them of all charges, with their coach Christos Tzekos
taking the blame with a four-year ban.
After a long-standing legal battle, which was about to reach the Court of Arbitration for Sport, they were reinstated by the IAAF in
December 2006.

The scandal is that some of Vatopedi’s monks deviously mishandled the real estate holdings of the monastery. As is well known, the

Anti-Prison Demo Shut Down

July 29, 2010
On Sunday, June 27, 2010, there was an anti-prison demo called “Fire Works For Prisons” organized as a part of the mobilization against the G20 in Toronto. The anti-prison demo was organized by anarchists, and explicitly called for confrontation. This demo did not happen. The day previously, Saturday June 26, there had been major protests in the downtown core, and a break-away march including a black bloc destroyed dozens of storefronts and burned multiple police cruisers.
Immediately following the riots on Saturday afternoon, the police used many tactics of repression to ensure that all dissidents were overpowered. They raided spaces that people were staying, arresting anybody with black clothes. They attacked a jail solidarity demo on Saturday night. They illegally searched hundreds of people all over Toronto, arresting anybody who appeared like they might be a protester.
On Sunday, the police had cordoned off the whole neighbourhood around the meet-up park for the anti-prison demo, searching and arresting many people. Two busloads of SWAT team and riot cops were waiting at the Don Jail with armour and weapons. A helicopter circled over the park consistently all night Saturday and all day Sunday. There were hundreds, maybe over 1000 riot police on horses and in buses blocking off major streets near the park, with the most force on Queen St. E.
People were arrested for having banners, megaphones, wearing black pants, having black clothes and masks in their bags, etc. The entire neighbourhood was crawling with undercover pigs. This was the most effective and intense show of police force to prevent a demonstration from taking place that many of us have ever experienced. By the end of Sunday, the police had arrested over 1000 people. The disgusting conditions that people experienced in the temporary detention center nicknamed “Torontanamo” enrage us, but do not surprise us. We do not expect the police to treat people with respect when clearly their job is to violently repress, isolate, dehumanize, and control.
It is with a spirit of revolutionary solidarity that we continue a struggle against prison. Although it is disappointing that this demo did not happen, we are not defeated. This experience has only increased our motivation and fueled our desire to destroy the prison-world.

Prisons in Greece. Stories of shame and horror.

1 of august 2010

After good morning, take of your underwear, sit down, turn around, bend, cough, the ultimate humiliation.
Prisoner D. Proestos describes how they search for the smuggling of drugs into Greek prisons.
Shame and horror ...
He first went to prison in 1984, came out in 1994 and returned in 1995, where he has been held until now with a life sentence. Overall,

this man has served nine years in the diciplinary section: "Diciplinary, pissed dirty mattress, you don't eat, you don't get to drink water, no smoking. They have you in a concrete cage,
handcuffed", he recalls.
"They tore out my soul"
Diavata Prison. Thessaloniki
There "I was tied up in the diciplinary for six weeks. I got beat up a lot. I pissed and I shat on the mattress I slept on. It was so bad I got

sick with hepatitis.
Sergeant Mitsios and Director Eftihidou, after they had severely beaten me, I remember them begging me to leave the diciplinary cell and go to the Infection hospital in Thessaloniki, so I don't die."
For Proestos there are incidents that have "torn" his soul, as he says. "Extreme events only with some staff are in my mind and
occurred where there was no "third eye"... solitary cells, dungeons, tie-downs, cross, torture and humiliation "...

Another prisoner, G. Makis, reveals: "Faced with eight members of the prison staff I had been asked to lean over and cough (naked). I

refused to because I felt that my dignity was being insulted and undermined. Based on the penal code it's any inmate's right to refuse

anything that lowers and undermines his dignity. " Small print for some ...

Many are the letters we've received from prisoners in prisons all over the country. Human stories scattered on four sheets of paper
with a blue pen.
People who for whatever reason were sentenced and today are in custody. But it seems that the blaming stops with the sound of the
iron prison door opening.
Then there is no blaming but on the prisoner.
And when the balance is not kept, given that many social services are broken down, the game becomes dangerous and he comes

back seeking revenge on society itself.
So this is why the issue of prisons should concern us all. Several of our prisoners complain that even the benefit of wages provided is

only "to serve some particular balance within the prison."
Indeed, in some cases, the internal mechanism of each prison goes beyond even the power of the appropriate ministry. "The

Secretariat of the prison affects even the Appeal Council in the manner that they present the cases and all this creates a strange and often lawless behaviour and relationship," he says. It seems that
even a transfer to a prison farm is considered a "buyable benefit". Literally an impossible dream for some. While most prisons are

overcrowded, there are prison farms that are 'empty' and
could accept prisoners.
"And this situation continues because no Minister of Justice until now, even if he has the will - which is rare - has had the power to go

against the establishment of prisons" says a prisoner, whose data is available to the newspaper.

Mexico - FLT/ELF sabotage in Los Dinamos forest

culmine translate from angrynewsfromaroundtheworld. blog

On the night of July 28 we made a bonfire with the property of destroyers of the earth.
Inside the forest Los Dinamos, Magdalena Contreras in the Federal District, there is a project of urban expansion. This project, still at an early stage, consists of deep wells that would take water from the river to allow the expansion of the city and anthropocentrist progress.
For this reason we in the FLT / ELF claim responsibility for the following sabotage:
- We threw stones, bricks and rubble in the pits so that the river water doesn't go through their pipelines.
- We have written claims on to building materials and resources, such as: "Stop urban sprawl," "Out civilization from the wild environment" and "Frente de Liberación de la Tierra".
- We burned 3 machines with incendiary devices, or rather two excavators and a small machine that removes debris. The first device was placed in the smaller vehicle, close to the pedals. The second bomb was placed in the cab of the second one, after breaking the window with stones. The last device was placed on the third vehicle on top of the cables.
We fled into the night without a trace. The damages consist of thousands of Mexican pesos. We want to emphasize that we did this in defense of the land that is being destroyed day by day egocentrism and authoritarianism; to every wilderness and semi-wild there will be hundreds of devehicles and properties destroyed and rendered useless. Let it be a lesson for the exploiters of the earth!

Israeli airstrikes kill 1, injure 10 in Gaza

31gaza88301.jpg
July 31, 2010

Gaza – Ma’an – An Al-Qassam Brigades fighter was killed and ten other Gaza residents were injured in a series of Israeli airstrikes that hit targets across the Strip on Saturday morning.

The Hamas-affiliated military group announced that one of its field leaders, 41-year-old Issa Abdul-Hadi Al-Batran, was killed by one of the strikes near the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Eight others were injured in a second strike targeting the Ansar Security Compound, formerly the presidential compound in Gaza City, which caused massive damages to the buildings and nearby homes, officials said.

The compound was evacuated in two stages, with the majority of personnel taken out in early evening, and a second cohort of 150 moved from the area only 30 minutes before the early morning strike. A skeleton staff had remained in the post.

The injured were treated in the Ash-Shifa Hospital, with director of ambulance and emergency service in Gaza Muawiya Hassanein identifying all as government-employed security officers. The eight sustained moderate to critical wounds and have not been named.

A strike on the Al-Muntada area, where the Ansar compound is located, also hospitalized a young girl and an elderly man, both were evacuated to the Ash-Shifa Hospital where medics said they were being treated for moderate wounds.

A statement from International Solidarity Movement workers in Gaza said "those first at the scene described building debris scattered everywhere and burned out cars still parked on the street."

Witnesses said the incident brought back raw memories of the strikes that kicked off Israel's war on Gaza, which targeted a police graduation ceremony at the primary security headquarters in Gaza City. The first strikes totaled the government buildings, and killed more than 200 young Gaza man who were graduating from the police academy.

Air strikes, artillery fire hits north, south Gaza

Israeli fighter jets also targeted an open area in Deir Al-Balah and several smuggling tunnels in Rafah, in the central and southern areas of the Strip. No injuries were reported from the strikes.

Witnesses said sites were targeted by both air and artillery fire, saying tanks were used in the northern district.

An Israeli military statement said the strikes came in "response to Grad rocket fire," and targeted "terror infrastructure" in Gaza.

The statement said the target near Nuseriat was a weapons-manufacturing warehouse, and described the Rafah strike as targeting a weapons-smuggling tunnel.

The series of strikes, the most destructive in months, came after Israeli officials reported the launch of a Grad rocket from Gaza which landed in the city of Ashkelon. In its statement the military noted that the hit "[caused] property damage" to the city that "has suffered casualties from rocket fire in the past."

No militant group in Gaza has claimed to be behind the firing, though the military statement said the "IDF holds Hamas solely responsible for terror emanating from the Gaza Strip."

Report says military doubts Hamas fired Grad

Israel's daily news site Ynet quoted a military official as saying he did not believe Hamas was behind the launch of a Grad rocket reportedly fired from Gaza on Friday.

"Hamas still wants to maintain the status quo in the Strip," he told the news site. "It continues to grow stronger, but is deterred by the IDF and doesn't want to face a conflict."

Settler violence continues in south Hebron hills

July 30, 2010

Israeli settlers destroyed a field of vegetables in a Bedouin village in the southern West Bank on Wednesday night, international peace groups reported.

During the night, a report said, a Palestinian farmer from Um Al-Kher village in the south Hebron hills heard noises from his garden, and thought there were animals inside. On inspection, he saw settlers walking through his field, but did not approach them for fear they were armed, he told Christian Peacemaker Teams and Operation Dove, who maintain a presence in the area.

In the morning, the farmer said he found his vegetables had been damaged, the water pipes slashed, and the fence around the field partially destroyed.

The damaged field was the primary food and economic resource for the 85-member Bedouin community, which includes around 30 children, a statement from Operation Dove explained, adding that although the farmer filed a complaint at the police station in the illegal Kiryat Arba settlement, residents are skeptical about doing so as they have never received justice in the past.

The group of international volunteers said the village, next to the illegal Karmel settlement, suffers frequent provocations by settlers. A Bedouin neighbor said this was the fourth attack on this field in two years, adding, "We set the fence up less than one year ago to protect the vegetables from damage done by settlers several times in the past."

Settlers recently closed the village water pipes, leaving the community without water for six consecutive days. The settlers are the only ones with access to the water system, the statement added.

On Thursday, Israeli human rights group B’Tselem released the testimony of a farmer from the south Hebron hills who was violently attacked by settlers earlier this month. Shepherd Khaled Najar, 57 was grazing his flock on 1 July on private Palestinian land when a masked person approached him from an illegal settlement outpost near his village.

Najar told B’Tselem the man kicked him, knocking him to the ground, and then sat on him and beat his head with his fists and with a stone. The settler then went and spoke with an onlooking soldier.

After the incident, Najar called B’Tselem’s fieldworker in the area, who took video footage of the farmer’s injuries and called the Red Crescent to take him to hospital. B’Tselem reported that a medical examination revealed Najar had a broken nose, a fractured skill, and cuts to his head.

Settlers have assaulted Najar several times, he told B’Tselem, most seriously in 2001 when he was shot in the stomach and hospitalized at Soroka Hospital in Beersheva. In 2008, settlers beat Najar with a steel pipe, which unusually led to his two assailants facing indictment.

B'Tselem welcomed the filing of the indictment, but noted that it did not reflect usual practice, in which even when the authorities have advance knowledge that settlers intend to commit violent acts, soldiers do not act to protect Palestinians, and investigation is negligent, if it is undertaken at all.

Prison chief alleged of arming inmates to carryout Mexico birthday massacre

27 July, 2010

Mexican authorities are shocked with allegations that a prison chief was responsible for letting out inmates and arming them to carry out the July 18 Birthday Massacre where 17 teenagers and young adults were killed.

At first Mexican authorities had thought that the attack was by rival drug gangs but now the situation has turned on its head after it has been alleged that the men who took part in the attack were all prison inmates who were sentenced for drug crimes.

Mexican authorities have said that the guard’s official vehicles, fire weapons and ammunition were given to the inmates to carry out an assignment for the prison chief.
The inmates were then said to have returned back to their cells after the attack.
All prison guards alleged to be involved in the scandal and the prison chief were all placed on house arrest.
On Sunday, a spokesman from the attorney general’s office, Ricardo Najera told reporters “According to witnesses, the inmates were allowed to leave with authorization of the prison director to carry out instructions for revenge attacks using official vehicles and using guards’ weapons for executions.”
It has been suspected that the prison guard may have been on the paying scale of a drug gang but this has not been confirmed as yet.
This last scandal has highlighted the corruption level in Mexico and the level in which drug gangs have infiltrated in Mexico.
25,000 people have died in the last 3.3 years after Mexican President, Felipe Calderón, started the war on drugs when he came to office in late 2006.

Fear of Conflict

"Trully it is not a failing in you that you stiffen yourself against me and assert your distinctness or peculiarity: you need not give way or renounce yourself"
— Max Stirner

Whenever more than a few anarchists get together, there are arguments. This is no surprise, since the word "anarchist" is used to describe a broad range of often contradictory ideas and practices. The only common denominator is the desire to be rid of authority, and anarchists do not even agree on what authority is, let alone the question of what methods are appropriate for eliminating it. These questions raise many others, and so arguments are inevitable.
The arguments do not bother me. What bothers me is the focus on trying to come to an agreement. It is assumed that "because we are all anarchists", we must all really want the same thing; our apparent conflicts must merely be misunderstandings which we can talk out, finding a common ground. When someone refuses to talk things out and insists on maintaining their distinctness, they are considered dogmatic. This insistence on finding a common ground may be one of the most significant sources of the endless dialogue that so frequently takes place of acting to create our lives on our own terms. This attempt to find a common ground involves a denial of very real conflicts.
One strategy frequently used to deny conflict is to claim that an argument is merely a disagreeement over words and their meanings. As if the words one uses and how one chooses to use them have no connection to one’s ideas, dreams and desires. I am convinced that there are very few arguments that are merely about words and their meanings. These few could be easily resolved if the individuals involved would clearly and precisely explain what they mean. When individuals cannot even come to an agreement about what words to use and how to use them, it indicates that their dreams, desires and ways of thinking are so far apart that even within a single language, they cannot find a common tongue. The attempt to reduce such an immense chasm to mere semantics is an attempt to deny a very real conflict and the singularity of the individuals involved.
The denial of conflict and of the singularity of individuals may reflect a fetish for unity that stems from residual leftism or collectivism. Unity has always been highly valued by the left. Since most anarchists, despite their attempts to seperate themselves from the left, are merely anti-state leftists, they are convinced that only a united front can destroy this society which perpetually forces us into unities not of our choosing, and that we must, therefore, overcome our differences and join together to support the "common cause". But when we give give ourselves to the "common cause", we are forced to accept the lowest common denominator of understanding and struggle. The unities that are created in this way are false unities which thrive only by suppressing the unique desires and passions of the individuals involved, tranforming them into a mass. Such unities are no different from the forming of labor that keeps a factory functioning or the unity of social consensus which keeps the authorities in power and people in line. Mass unity, because it is based on the reduction of the individual to a unit in a generality, can never be a basis for the destruction of authority, only for its support in one form or another. Since we want to destroy authority, we must start from a different basis.
For me, that basis is myself — my life with all of its passions and dreams, its desires, projects and encounters. From this basis, I make "common cause" with no one, but may frequently encounter individuals with whom I have an affinity. It may well be that your desires and passions, your dreams and projects coincide with mine. Accompanied by an insistence upon realizing these in opposition to every form of authority, such affinity is a basis for a genuine unity between singular, insurgent individuals which lasts only as long as these individuals desire. Certainly, the desire for the destruction of authority and society can move us to strive for an insurrectional unity that becomes large-scale, but never as a mass movement; instead it would need to be a coinciding of affinities between individuals who insist on making their lives their own. This sort of insurrection cannot come about through a reduction of our ideas to a lowest common denominator with which everyone can agree, but only through the recognition of the singularity of each individual, a recognition which embraces the actual conflicts that exist between individuals, regardless of how ferocious they may be, as part of the amazing wealth of interactions that the world has to offer us once we rid ourselves of the social system which has stolen our lives and our interactions from us.

Greece will be a war zone, Sect of Revolutionaries warns tourists english media press...

Security forces fear wave of terror as austerity programme provokes strikes, protests, violence – and assassination

Greek security forces have warned of a wave of violence reminiscent of the terror that stalked Italy in the seventies after urban guerillas threatened last week to turn the country into a "war zone".
"Greece has entered a new phase of political violence by anarchist-oriented organisations that are more murderous, dangerous, capable and nihilistic than ever before," said Athanasios Drougos, a defence and counter-terrorism analyst in Athens.
"For the first time we are seeing a nexus of terrorist and criminal activity," he said. "These groups don't care about collateral damage, innocent bystanders being killed in the process. They are very extreme."
The threats came from a guerrilla group called the Sect of Revolutionaries, as it claimed credit for the murder of Sokratis Giolas, an investigative journalist. Giolas was shot dead outside his Athenian home on 19 July, in front of his pregant wife.
The gang promised to step up attacks on police, businessmen, prison guards and "corrupt" media – and, for the first time, threatened holidaymakers.
"Tourists should learn that Greece is no longer a safe haven of capitalism," its declaration said.
"We intend to turn it into a war zone of revolutionary activity with arson, sabotage, violent demonstrations, bombings and assassinations, and not a country that is a destination for holidays and pleasure."
In an accompanying picture, the group displayed an arsenal that included AK 47 assault rifles, semi-automatic pistols and brass knuckledusters.
"Our guns are full and they are ready to speak," it said. "We are at war with your democracy."
The terror threat comes as Greek authorities endure a summer of strikes and escalating upheaval. Military trucks and petrol company vehicles were employed yesterday to alleviate a fuel shortage as more 30,000 lorry and tanker truck operators ignored a government order to return to work on pain of prosecution. Shortages were reported on many holiday islands and destinations in northern Greece where thousands of tourists are stranded.
The far more serious scourge of domestic terrorism was thought to have been eradicated in 2004, with the disbandment of the 17 November group.
Born out of the turmoil that followed the collapse of US-backed military rule, 17 November murdered the CIA station chief, Richard Welch, in 1975.
For the following 27 years it targeted Turkish envoys, juntists, US military personnel, industrialists and western diplomats, including a British military attaché in Athens, Brigadier Stephen Saunders, who was murdered in 2000.
Unlike 17 November, Greece's new generation of urban guerrillas has not tried to garner popular support.
The Sect of Revolutionaries emerged from the rioting after a teenager, Alexis Grigoropoulos, was shot dead by a policeman in December 2008. The men and women thought to comprise its closely guarded ranks are in their late twenties and thirties and appear to espouse violence almost for the sake of it.
"We don't do politics, we do guerilla warfare," its members announced in the proclamation placed on the boy's grave within hours of their first attack, on a police station, in February 2009. Two weeks later they sprayed the offices of a private television station with bullets. Three months after that, they claimed their first victim, Nectarios Savvas, a police officer protecting a state witness. Six people have died in separate attacks this year.
Last month another group, yet to be named, sent a parcel bomb wrapped up as a gift to the office of Michalis Chrysohoidis, the minister in charge of public security. It killed his chief aide.
The surge in violence comes amid rising social tensions over the austerity measures enforced by the government in exchange for €110bn in emergency aid, the biggest bailout in history.
Mounting social unrest, waning support for political parties and record levels of unemployment among an increasingly radicalised youth are believed to have augmented the ranks of anti-establishment groups.
"The economic crisis has most definitely played a role in aggravating the violence," Chrysohoidis told the Observer. "And the violence we are seeing is worst than ever before because society as a whole is more violent than ever before."
To date Chrysohoidis, who oversaw the break-up of 17 November during a previous stint in the same post, has ordered police to tread a fine line.
But anger is growing. Security officials say it is only a matter of time before one of the three groups currently active in Greece strikes again.
More worrying, they say, are their connections to the Balkan criminal underworld that has made access to weapons dangerously easy.
"In other European countries, home-grown terrorism has been on the decrease for years," said Drougos. "But in Greece the situation is not unlike pre-Bolshevik revolutionary Russia or Italy at the start of the terror campaign by the Red Brigades… it's very unpredictable and tourists should be vigilant."

Siberian sentence for self-defense, anti-fascists

27 July 2010 was sentenced Barnaul antifascists Alexis C. By Art. 118 of the Criminal Code "grievous bodily harm through negligence." Antifascist protect themselves and others from the attack of neo-Nazis.
This story began exactly 10 months earlier, in the suburb of Barnaul - Novoaltajsk (Altai Territory). 27 September, late in the evening, two young men (among whom was antifascist Alex C.) in a dark alley caught up with three unknowns. From the first seconds of communication, it became clear that the "catch up" - followers of extreme right-wing political ideas, obviously not wanting to disagree "on the world". As a result, a few minutes after having argued primitive Alex to protect himself and his friend, was forced to apply a totally legitimate self-defense weapon gas "blow". There were two shots - one in the face bonheda, the second - already in dogonku - in the back of the victim.
A few days later, on Oct. 1, 2009, the home of Alexis C. Came employees' bodies and took him away for interrogation, during which it turned out the psychological impact of the staff heard the threats against Alexis, a promise by all means "hide behind the bars.
In April 2010 was brought up and sent to the Novoaltajsk City Court case on st.111 Criminal Code (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm). This was compounded by the fact that in the scuffle and the shooting of "Punch", 18-year-old bonhed Damen Sarsenovich Domains (Kazakh, born in Kemerovo), was injured in one eye and one hundred percent loss of vision. The official medical opinion is written: "contusion of the left eye and severe. Total posttraumatic retinal detachment eyes ", ie vision to it will never return.
The meeting considered the contradictory testimony of the victim and witness - first they said that Alexei S., a known anti-fascist, who allegedly had long had on their teeth, and he first attacked them. They later changed their testimony - now, they said, Alexey S. himself was neo-Nazi swastika risuyuschim everywhere, but they are late in the evening approached him "to ask" why he is doing.
The aggrieved party fielded a lawsuit Alexei, which requested the court to collect on their behalf nor more nor less than 15 million rubles - for serious injury and consequent psychological blow.Bonehead explained this amount so that now he "can not find a favorite work and not get into the army of Russia"
27 July 2010, the City Court Judge Novoaltajsk Sukharev, OA, Alexei sentenced to 180 hours of hard labor and a fine of 500,000 rubles in favor of the victim.During the case, the indictment article was translated from 111 to 118, in the absence of evidence of malice of the accused.
Antifascists Altai outraged such a huge amount of fine. We believe the amount is unreasonably high, and we intend to appeal to the relevant structures.
